What is a paid worker?
A paid worker is an employee or contractor included in at least one approved payroll during the billing month. Archived employees, employees not paid that month, and voided payrolls with no replacement are not counted.
Do you charge per payroll run?
No. Run payroll as many times as you need. You are billed a base subscription plus only the workers actually paid during the billing month.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, one business, and up to three employees. Documents are watermarked until your business is verified.
Can I switch plans?
Upgrades apply immediately with proration. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period and preserve all historical documents.
Does Full Service Payroll file my taxes?
Not yet. Full Service is coming soon. Until direct deposit and tax-filing providers are integrated and tested, BiznisEasy Payroll operates in calculation and recordkeeping mode only.
